In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to transform simple copper wire into beautiful botanical plant sticks for your indoor or outdoor pots. I’ll guide you through the basics of shaping, bending, wrapping and embellishing copper wire to create your own unique designs.
Think flowers, leaves, hearts, spirals, butterflies, or follow your own inspiration! We’ll have examples to work from, but part of the fun is making each piece your own.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home two finished copper plant sticks, ready to tuck into your favorite potted plants or give as a handmade gift.
No previous wire-working experience is necessary, and all materials are included.
Please note: Working with copper wire requires some hand strength and dexterity. We’ll provide the tools and instruction, but participants should be comfortable gripping pliers and bending wire.
