Join fiber artist, Lisa Lombardi, for a five-week hands-on felting journey where creativity meets community. Whether you’re brand new to wool crafts or ready to build on your skills, this class series will guide you through a variety of techniques and projects you’ll be proud to display or gift. We will move from wet-felting, to needle-felting, and conclude with felting-on-felt to create landscapes.
All materials are included. Expect to leave each week with one finished piece, and by the end you’ll have five unique felted creations to show for your creativity!
What you’ll learn & create:
March 2: Wet-felted bowls — simple shaping & texture
March 9: Needle-felted Birds — sculptural forms & detail work
March 16: Fairies or Dolls — building frames if needed, adding character & color
March 23: Wet-felted landscape — Step 1 of 2, layering colors & wet felting base
March 30: Needle Felted landscape — Step 2 of 2. Needle felting & embellishing
